we might have overlooked the second design (it was hidden inside a spoiler).

the Heroes thread will probably be closed (or the seller will be asked to remove the design that contains the copyright infringement).

Can't help you much on your design, its quite clear obviously the same as the Prison Break logo.

what do u mean? PRISON BREAK have to close and HEROES still continue bcoz the design is hidden in spoiler?

what he meant was that the design i posted up was hidden in the "spoiler" tag and the mods missed it. but now that it has been brought up, the mods will look into it again.

Regardless of the existence of the other thread, to get yours back up, simply contact the people over at Fox and have them email an admin saying you have permission to sell what you're selling.

We'll look into the other thread in the meanwhile.

the logo is almost the same and it should not be allowed if u guyz dun allow ts's design.

you might want to read what i said again.

I said we *might* have missed the Heroes logo because it was hidden. Now that you have pointed it out, we will take action. However since the Heroes thread has a few designs, we might ask the TS to remove the design that has the logo as his first design doesn't contain any copyright infringement.

here's a bit of business advice FOC. You don't have to use the copyrighted logo to make your shirt sell. The back design looks fine enough, just add some other catch phrases from the series and the fans from the show will obviously know its a Prison Break t-shirt.

Be unique. You won't have many buyers if a t-shirt with the same copyrighted logo is selling for RM10 in petaling street.

btw, where is stevanistelrooy and RBR, i hope u read this thread...

the mods and admins are not here 24/7. They will look into this when they get online.

no need to be harsh, what's done is done
se7en hv pointed that admin may hv overlooked because it's hidden in the spoiler
and now they have noticed the Heroes TS to remove the copyrighted design

AFAIK merchandise which bears similar resemblance or derivatives which people can recognize & and relate it to the show is considered violating copyright laws.
