I called IRB today and she confirmed can be done, thou the normal Pathlab/Gribbles lab tests cannot la.. onli 'full medical checkup' is claimable for tax rebate.
However, the fees for a full medical checkup is quite high thou..I called Pantai Medical Centre some months back, it costs like above 500.. if anyone has any comments on full medical checkups.. do lemme know too. Thanks!

If you go to private hospital like in pantai or SDMC for medical check up, yah the fees is more than RM500. But then again after considering the RM500 tax deduction, the check up cost is not that much. Good to go for medical check up especially women. From Public Ruling 2/2005. FYI, medical check up at SDMC at Subang Jaya more expensive than SDMC at Taman Megah, so go to Taman Megah for medical check up.
Also the cost for the medical check up depends on what test you select, but to be kiasu for older people like me, better check all necessary.
