Telegraphic Transfer is safest. Also you can use a foreign currency account I think. Not sure how foreign currency accounts work (ask a bank, most banks will have foreign currency accounts) but I hear people use them to send money overseas cheaply.

What is the transaction limit for foreign fund transfers via Maybank2u.com?
The minimum and maximum transaction limit (per day) is:
Minimum Maximum
Credit to account RM250 RM10,000
Cash RM250 RM1,000
Btw,what is the mean credit to account? biggrin.gif Is that mean "credit card to 3rd party account" ? biggrin.gif

No idea... "credit to account" probably means electronic transfer from your account to his.. but I'm not sure about that smile.gif

Paypal is much more easier....
That is if the recipient can withdraw the money...

I believe paypal is more stronger than some of the local Malaysia bank

Lets just get back to the topic ok?
Paypal is secure enough.
Maybe.. but the question was, which is the safest ? and I think we can agree that the banks are the safest.
