You've been very kind to entertain the visitors. I've not even made an appointment to see your setup.

In order not to inconvenience you too much, perhaps you should nominate a date so that those interested can show up. This way you can demo to several people at once (and also avoid repeating answering the same questions individually). Also helps you to know when people are coming (rather than surprise call on a weekend).
