both also can...but if go to nokia centre i think u hv to paid for it....but u could jz download NSU n update urself.....whatever option u choose remember to backup every data n files to da mass meorry before u update so tt u wont lost all ur data

i not sure bout at&t, but i did see n95 8gb branded wif vodafone....check this video, u can see da vodafone label on da back of da phone....erm if u intended to get an original set i think u could go to most of da nokia shop since it is da same, but i heard tt nokia shop in pavilion n da curve give better service, but i not so sure....if ap set then i don hv any idea....when u wanna purchase an original set, u could open da box n u would see a waranty card by avaxx, and make sure da imei no of da phone match da box
