i want rotateme also... if possible anyone with nokmote, send to me also loh..

A kind advice for anyone who want the nokmote. Forget about the Beta 1, it's utterly USELESS, even playing games. The video is just to show you what can be done, but you have to hold the phone horizontally but it's too sensitive, slight move will lead you to the direction the phone tilted. If you play mario like that you'll experience you'll fall into the hole easily or snake langgar yourself...

Also, there's a application for you to directly sign application in your phone - an S60 software. You just need key file and cert file to sign the application within your phone, no PC needed. So Vista or not, no worries. I'll find it and post the link here...

agreed... we have to hold the phone really horizontal... how to play games like that? lyin on bed....


btw is there anyway that i can select which pictures or only pictures in a particular folder to appear in the gallery?

haha.. but still we need to use devcert application to make .cer files rite? vista doesnt work with that..

Em if you know how to do it, maybe you can just ask your friend who still using XP and create a cert with their computer. Or more simple just go to cyber cafe to do it, 10 mins done...Then upload to your email account, go back home to re-download it...

i found that pictures viewed in the gallery is darker than what it should be.

it returns the original pic color and brightness only when i zooming it or play the slide show.

this is disgusting.
anyone noticed this?

i totally agree with u...when i playing the racing game{n gage game] so hard to control...can use turbo level1 only..if i knock some wall..then when u reverse..your whole screen become at.the.back


rotateme also...u have to hold your phone very straight..or else it will rotate....sometime you don't want it to rotate..but it rotate...

Rotateme is OK, at least very useable during viewing gallery. Respond is as expected, it's close to perfect I'll say (if you compare the one in emTube with rotateme, you'll find rotation not responsive if your phone tilt forward/backward with emTube, but rotateme is just "right"). Was using the latest Beta though, maybe the older one is not as good.

Nokmote leh...dunno how to say... Also it's NOT as what you though about, there's no 'analog' type of controlling like the analog joystick on Sony PS, means if you tilt a little it'll move a little, you can't control like that. Unless the software writter got write the controlling code for nokmote if not it'll just plain direction only (hoping N-gage to have this function ). Also if you stay your phone tilted, it'll just hold on the direction (as like you press and hold the dpad), so you'll find the cursor very "slippery".

Today my phone restart two time.

1st - Take picture with secondary camera then delete the picture have been taken... then direct hang then restart...

2nd - UnPlug the USB to connection to pc then restart again...

Anyone having the problem like this ? Izzit normal... my battery everyday need to charge... izzit normal also ?

My phone also often restart wen unplug the usb connection...

If heavy usage (gps,wifi and etc) normally need everyday charging.

Hmm my phone never restart by doing the above, but used to restart when plug in the headphone halfway doing stuffs, but not anymore these days...

Also it depends what you use, rate the power usage from the highest to lowest will be wifi -> GPS -> camera (and also due to accelerometer remain on all the time). Never use 3G continuously, probably between wifi and GPS.

If only use normall call and sms, then very strange liao...

B4 update the firmware how ur doing the backup ? Plugin USB connect to the drive then copy every data ? or using Content Copier software to doing backup?

hi...regarding abt the firmware....is it really safe to change the product code??? i heard that it may just destroy the phone...i'm a n82 user btw..

no one noticed darker pictures in gallery mode as mentioned in my previous post? then it's just me

mm..i have some problem setting up my mms, and 3g, got mine from singtel...went through the steps showed in the maxis website but still can't send out and receive any mms...anyone can gimme a hand here?

pigcat, i tested the camera during daytime and the EV value has some respond... though it still doesn't match with the display...

btw does anyone know how to get rid of the shutter sound... i can't seem to find the setting for it...
