Got many sohais here who think all these police brutality and illegal actions are always justified. If you didn't do anything wrong, pulis won't kacau you. If pulis kills you, you are a criminal for sure.

Is this how someone can end up with 50 "criminal records"? By being suspected often?
*
That is simply case dumping by the police on an unfortunate person so those foolish & lazy enforcers can close the case files without doing any real investigative work. Then they will collect the next round of cases to be dumped on another victim. That is wat cud hav happened to those 3 guys killed in Durian Tunggal.

If you wanna sue them, sue them for the incompetence. Not for the brutality.

Which is better?
A cop doing shitty detective work, putting supposed innocent through legal trauma, only to waste court time and public money just to prove their innocence. While the actual criminal still at large, hurting law abiding citizens.

Or

A cop doing proper detective work, put them through hell on earth, maybe accidentally made them scums jumped through the window or just outright execute them. All while removing scums from society.

The issue here is not the brutality. It's the incompetence.

I recently learnt in /k that "convicted" and "charged" carry 2 totally different meanings but society tends to just lump them together

As the police didn't expect evidence & eye witness accounts to appear in the Durian Tunggal case, here too they didn't expect a CCTV to be recording. Or perhaps they know but don care or not afraid of action being taken. But now with a clear view of those attackers, lets see how Selangor police try to pusing the issue.

This one even more damning than Durian Tunggal case. With that one the deceased only has garbled audio recording + in company of gang member companions + weapons, so allegations is still shaky.

This one 100% tak salah because (police self-admitted) mistaken identity, not even a suspect.
Can't even pin anything on him to make it appear justified, he's too young even to have much prior criminal records (if any).

Wonder if police will still try to menegakkan benang basah with this one.

Perhaps the  investigations are still ongoing but no update to the media.

But this case cud hav gone serious too, as the guy was held 4 days in the lockup & cud hav been, u know, silenced  without a voice.

Ah, this is not just a case of mistaken identity.

It’s an abuse of power and corruption. Police now can just barge or trick into a resident without arrest warrant a?

I think that’s why some people have many records but no conviction. Police built cases by simply arresting people and force them to confess. That might be the reasons why some people can walk around with many records but little conviction.

This does not give confidence on the police force as they act more like legalised thugs.

You just noticed? Malaysian netizen mindset is,

> Kena tangkap = Guilty

> Released on bail = "Senang2 je dilepaskan, ada duit semua boleh lepas. Nanti keluar kad OKU."

Kan kita dah mengaku silap orang, bebaskan dia & gugurkan pertuduhan. 😇
