Management often not blameless in this situation. Like Hololive they got plenty of girls but a lot of members on record has said it's very weird that no one actually openly hates each other competitive sure but nothing to do with "woman" moment

This KLP already weird cause they put JP members also in it. That can lead to stuff like bias and misunderstanding now with them replacing the captain with JP member despite being an abroad team. Eh I'm not too familiar with akb stuff btw

So last time 2feidei very pandai keep all the moi hepi.

I think management threaten to change the captain from local to jp member because got attitude problem. Not sure who create the racing group chat but non-jp members did talk shit about jp members in that group because of that I guess. Need someone to come up with full story lulz.

Wont weird..the local klp has no competitive shit...i follow them awhile but compare to the jp members who work really hard n can see they understand wat is dog eat dog world n the extreme competitiveness as idol, the rest was just going thru with it.

The recent one who quit..see how fast she just go back being cosplayer prolly tat is easier to earn simp money than being idol u need train x hour of dance, sing, pratice, diet, strict routine.

Agreed, these members feel like they don't have any knowledge about how idols work prior to auditioning
