Perodua QV-E Sales Outlets Now Expanded to 34 Locations
Following its much-anticipated debut earlier this month, Perodua has now expanded the number of sales outlets that collect bookings for its first EV model, the Perodua QV-E. Originally available in only nine outlets, the list has now expanded to 34 selected locations throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

When they know they cannot patch the really negative image the leasing battery gave them, they resort to using sales locations to soften the impact. Do notice there are no numbers at all stating about interested parties wantomg to own the car.

Did they really spend 1 billion on this? Only to realize they fucked up the people's perception of it?

Do remember long long time ago, people was very interested in Perodua Nautica. Which is essentially Toyota Rush. But the price is so close to Toyota making it DOA after launch.

Did they really spent 1 billion on this? If I was Toyota and Daihatsu, I'm would be pissed as hell at the projected losses.

It is what like 50 years we buy toys and was really pissed off not getting AA or AAA batteries with it. People DO complain about this.

EV cars in itself is already a scam. This battery rental thing is scam on top of a scam. So 7 many terms and conditions renting the batteries, might as well just rent the whole car. Its like buying a house but the developer owns the rights to your door entrance. If u r fat u cannot enter. U cannot have more than 2 friends coming over to visit, and if you do, the developer can remotely lock your door. U want to sell your house also kenot directly sell and have to sell back to developer, means they dictate the price etc. Only dumb water fish will agree to this T&C

The car also not very impressive. The back seat so tight even hobbits will find it difficult to fit. Worse than the 3rd row of peroduo Aruz. But in Aruz, at least u can fold the chair up and make space to put things. This Qv-e walauweh... Coupe size pretending to be SUV. Neither here nor there..sau pei lah

Engine always comes with the car. Battery can change. Even the 12v battery can change to any brand as long same spec.
