Recently this question been bugging me....cause i also first hand experience. At what point does “normal aging” stop being normal and start being something we should actually look into? Feels like everything these days gets brushed off as: Tired? → aging Body aches? → aging Brain fog? → aging Low energy? → aging But then at the same time when i google, we’re told to be “health conscious”, exercise more, eat better, manage stress, do checkups, etc. So which one is it? How do you draw the line between normal wear and tear? Maybe I’m overthinking, but it feels like “aging” has become a very convenient answer for everything.
