Imagine in your job, u think of new way to do something and u do it in a way you think is better. Then your boss found out, call u in to discuss and ask u what's your rational. Then he ends it with "ok thanks, I'll be discussing with higher management about guidelines on this". What's your first response? To stop immediately and revert to how it was officially done previously lor. Then suddenly your colleague or senior notice u switch back and ask, eh, previously the way u do not bad why stop. U say boss review guidelines lor, like the company not open to new ideas. Then the boss say, eh, I never say stop wor, don't act like I don't support innovation and ideas hor.

I only heard about Pet Cemetery where you can keep your beloving pet with no restriction.

No way, our friend here in /k/ say he was there behind closed doors and received instructions one.
