Sunway is the one testing the local council by law on NO Pets/Animals allowed in public space especially where food is prepared & serve.

Some more it is in a enclosed air-conditioned environment.

As much as I love pets & animals, I would not be supportive of allowing these creatures in public, enclosed air-conditioned environment.

Unless the HVAC supply air is taken 100% fresh air, it will be smelly everywhere.
