In business owners always compared. Who can give cheapest but best service/labor then hire la. U think business do charity ah?

Machas and chinese dont take up TVET courses now either in private or govt technical colleges (actualy more like secondary school)

Even malay kids drop out alot from tvet colleges or once graduate dont want to pursue anything in this field

Does those Indians want to be trained in the first place? I'm an Indian myself, has offered to train those unemployed spm holders, and find job locally or in Singapore, but all disappeared shortly. They prefer to be identified with 04,08,24,69 etc

they only want to sleep, wake up, drink beer, go home...and do this cycle everyday
my neighbor's husband and his friends are literally this type

everyday around noon will come to drink beer, thn go yumcha...come back drink beer again thn go home sleep(EVERYDAY)
his friend can sit at one place for 10 straight hours and do nothing

Damn how can I have this life

i can't...and that is even if i'm jobless

u gotta have purpose and have something you aim to do
it is impossible for me to sit at one place for hours doing nothing or chatting....no way

but they somehow can...sit from 10AM to 10PM doing absolutely nothing
most of them are either super obese or super weak but they still chose to do nothing about it and continue this lifestyle

but they already korner the market in roadworks, car park, repoman, tow truck, ...

When you pull more in more Indian managers automatically there will be more Indian employees

Indians are either on the high extremes or low extremes.

High extremes are the high amount of lawyers and doctors and IT CEOs.

Low extremes are like the Klang parang wielding ones.

There are, however, a number of Indians taking up lower jobs, yet, they are sincere and hardworking. Some, even refuse MCs. Shocking, yes, because, most do take MCs even for very minor issues. Like most of the Type Ms.

But the problem is, the lower society rowdies give a bad impression as a whole to the Indian communities. With unkempt beard, and awkward dressing and frequently involved in drunken activities and violence.

And another problem is the "lepak" culture not taken to task by the government that we see with most government staff. 10am already sit at cafetaria or roadside makcik stall, having kopi and borak-boark. Traffic fines, give discount at the end of the year and make the honest payers look like ass.

This is very - very true. Happens everwhere (not only MNC), and soon you will see other type of managers and workers leave also. then in the dept/shop/etc have a kind of smell and a kuil.
