Tax that’s is owed must be paid including penalties. |

Going on about 30+ years kek About the time the 5 year about to lapse, CFO with C level from HQ come down make a friendly visit to BNM, get a surat sokongan, top off with surat sokongan of the state govt drop by MIDA and visit the chairman and pass it off to them. Sometimes get surat sokongan from minister also So MIDA releases another 5 year letter signed off by MITI kek But they of course back it up with data on how much they support local economy, employ local vendors and local staff, CSR efforts and also the number of TVET they bring in yearly la.
