Dun simply jump the conclusion la.
If he is paying the legal fee, lawyer is representing buyer. And most case is seller ride on is usually unrepresented one.. not buyer unpresented..

ALSO, PLEASE CHECK LAWYER REPUTATION- SOME ARE CROOOKS.

ANOTHER THING- GO WITH BIG LAW FIRM, ITS EXPENSIVE, BUT ATLEAST THEY ARE MORE TRUSTWORTHY THAN STAND ALONE LAW FIRM.

you can save some money if you use the same lawyer with the vendor.

but if u have totally 0 knowledge on SPA / no experience, better to use own lawyer as many pointed, because technically he is representing the vendor, just doing paper work for you (purchaser). you are still unrepresented even if you paid some fees.
