 Cimb octo new phone problem

Followed all the instruction. But when comes to ekyc verification, does not recognise ic pulak. 3 times kena blocked and need go branch.

load to new phone

hmm i upgraded to new phone last Oct.

i just need to unlink Cimb Octo on old phone.
then after that, link Octo on new phone.

didn't do any ekyc at all

Which part do they ask you do ekyc?
From October email?
Ekyc done on website, none cimbclick link?

to scan IC in any app, u have to make sure you're in a well lit room and no shadows when taking the picture of the IC

Yeah, having same problem with my father's new phone too. I'd rather go to bank atm like how other banks do it but they force you to do some fancy ekyc procedure that I suspect have high failure rate. Now still have to go to bank anyway, even worse, take leave because have to go to the counter.

Need to go branch now but no time. Anyway hlb was easier to transfer
