This was the quotation given to me when i paid my down payment a week ago for ativa av. It seemed reasonable and legit, up until today when something didn't feel right to me. Took out my calculator and calculated everything, then only realized the so called "inclusive accessories" of RM400.55 were calculated separately. When paying i naturally thought it was included in the 72880.

In other words, the SA charged me another RM400.55 without telling me what it is. Is this the additional perodua accessories (APA)? Cuz when i wanted to buy the car, this SA said he will free door visor, coil mat, luggage tray and full tank. Did he secretly charge me without letting me know, and in reality its not free?

I messaged my SA alr, waiting for his reply. Just here to take in different inputs as I don't really trust him now... Appreciate any thoughts or opinions.

talk to the sa's manager on the deception. ask to remove all the extras.
if not successful, report to perodua HQ
