just by keeping your car n house.. you pay :- iwk cukai taksiran cukai tanah elektrik water internet car roadtax + insurance oil change + service car wear n tear replacement house wear n tear replacement then you calculate what's left for you to survive for next 40 years with food inflation of 6%.
