Plan to buy recon car, but dont know how to read the Auction Sheet.

selling 202k now (price without insurance+ road tax- if included will be 209k)

Car Agent said is not R(accident) car, but ask ChatGPT by uploading Auction Sheet, ChatGPT said is R car with accident on back, but ald being repaired. "XX" saying some spare part is being replaced.
I not sure how accurate the ChatGPT on analyzing the Auction Sheet.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, Anyone can help on this?


Question:
1. To confirm is R type car? How serious is this car in accident?
2. Should i proceed with the car agent if is R type car? feel they are not honest
3. if R type car, this price still worth? or what price is suit?
