there are guides online. this one i found quite useful.
the top part except for the 4.5 are just car specs.
XX means replaced panels. and some b grade (dents) there, so maybe that area kena langgar before.
i dont think it's a R car, if it's an R, should be noted in place of the 4.5 grade there. likely just minor accident.
a1 means scratches all around. w means the panel got wavy, likely due to not perfect dent repair. g is windscreen chip. need to top up windscreen insu to replace.
overall i'd say it's not a perfect grade car, with some history la.
the middle left column is the one to take note, it's the auction note for the car. if you have higher quality pic, ask gemini or chatgpt to translate.
