11. go through a long checklist before go to bed. it tell your brain you need have a lot of things to concern, make you focus on detail (not rest), confuse your body where to sleep or not and the brain looses the urge to sleep, causing strain to your brain and headache.

Old ready cannot sleep properly. 3am hear motobodo far far away also can wake up. I think my hearing getting stronger but eyes going. Sometimes must tilt head up but eyes down like apek then only can read.
