Even you sunbath the house for awhile, those things will be still there during evening & night time. Proof = old house/buildings are still haunted even the roof are already collapse..

No guaranteed, but isn't it better to ensure it is not haunted in the first place? It's called doing due diligence. If things still go bad, at least we've done our best.

i think let u said, let sun light penetrate to the deepest of the house to ensure no unwanted guest staying there. those guest likes to stay in dark, wet place. do the opposite and they will be gone, but those persistent guest will need to hire master to clean. I suggest hire master that well known, those are the people destined to do this kind of line of work, no regular apek who only talk kok..

Just go inside & tour the house with the house agent/owner. IF you feel creepy/has goose bump/uneasy, just don't buy it.
