Hi All,

Sometime i saw some house well-renovated listed for sale. We do not know the actual reason the owner wants to sell it.

If i plan to buy a subsale house for own stay, what is the method to ensure the house is "clean" (free from spirit/ghost/do not have some terrible incident occur)?

For chinese, hiring taoism master to do ritual will help clean house?

i know someone purposely bought a cheap subsale house because there was a fire incident before with several people having died inside the house

he said he doesn't care and he hasn't seen anything so far and he lives there

my hometown got a house for sale, before that a couple hanged themselfs inside.

If you worry like this, it is even harder to find house.

Be the opposite, find house that seems to have ghost story because the price is much lower

Maybe you can try opening the roof and letting the sun shine inside the house for a few days? (If it’s a landed house)

The old practice as I was told is to remove the roof, let the house bathe in sunlight for a few days. Not so practical now.
