Why would partners need agreement not to bring relatives, just make sure relevant qualification ada then ok already and don't just leech the company.

Prevent any in-capable successor from running the company into the ground? pls tick 2. Prevent any capable successor in the family from running the company to greater heights? pls tick 3.
