what's relevant qualification if no experience?
this is happening to many companies out there and the start of their downfall

imagine, i have a child...graduated with degree directly go into my own company
position manager but zero experience on anything rclxub.gif
1. what kind of job u want them to handle?...goyang telor?
2. other people are gonna not listen/respect to him/her
3. other people are gonna start resign because they realized they have no future in this company

as long you don't appoint them into some operational position, it's fine because once u did that...you're about to see many people leave because there's no career progression anymore

u join a company and your superior is the boss's son/daughter, you already plan your exit..right? laugh.gif

almost all of which enter directly minimum also manager of A department

so if they have many children, child A would be manager of A department, child B manager of B department...and so on

some i saw like some people mention here, directly director or regional manager or GM or something
once this happen, people are gonna start resigning
