A lesson i learned the very hardest way : the only permanent constant is change (this professional fella verbally promised a thing and a few weeks down the road, he renegaded citing matters have changed and the razor slid between my balls).

Why would partners need agreement not to bring relatives, just make sure relevant qualification ada then ok already and don't just leech the company.
