Buying insurance for many years and 6 years has lapsed. My agent never served me even need to claim something. Always said forgot and I need to claim myself through their office.

If this is case, what is the purpose to have agent to earn the commission? When I told the company, they said they can't do anything or interference to the agent. He or she wants to serve you or no, their punya pasal.

from now on, if i wanna add on insurance plan, i will look for self-service only.

definitely when out-patient claims la from accidents or whatever.

I started not to believe agent model anymore because at the end, the work is back to me.

usually, during the 6 years period, the claims or whatever are very minimal. After 6 years, u punya pasal. Even in the 6 years also ai mai ai mai.

If youngster one, lagi charm.. you support them and may be after 2 years, i sudah tak kerja liao and the co assigns another agent who you dont know one.

No wo. I submitted my claim via counter and the counter told me they can't do anything.

Any insurance plan (DUN want agent) that has medical card and can be used for out-patient case straight away to avoid claim later.

Reason: so mahuan to claim later to submit this and that.
Waste a lot of time to handle all work tasks.
