Last time no blacklist. but next year, 2 month outstanding already blacklisted. Big difference yo. Government never blacklisted summon especially speeding summon. But next year, they will do it. Really pain in the ass, if someone dont pay their summon in 2 month. Auto blaclisted. Last time never blacklisted. Good old day has gone.
