-pWs-try tapping the radiator fan wiring directly to battery... if cannot also means radiator fan motor die adi... before all that, check ur fuses if any has blown....

if the thing is broken, it thinks that it is cold all the time so fan never comes on OR vice versa (always on)
to check thermostat vr easy... remove it from engine, den throw it into hot boiling water... if the valve opens, means ur thermostat ok loh...
