What is B12 and folate, btw i dun have white hair

Hair line and color is all about your genetics lottery.

Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause premature greying of your hair.

If that is the cause, then you might see an impact from b12 supplement. But not all B12 is the same, it should be methylcobalamin and certain people have lower intrinsice factor which prevent them to absorb b12, then they might have to get a b12 injection.

That is all i can remember since i also have premature grey hair and research this topic before
