Several factors can contribute to chronic back pain, including:

Muscle Deconditioning: Weak back muscles may fail to support the spine properly.

Improper Posture: Poor body mechanics during daily activities can strain the spine.

Degenerative Conditions: Conditions like arthritis or herniated disks can lead to chronic pain.

Injuries: Past injuries may result in ongoing discomfort.

Mine confirm due to seat. I do have back pain when gym lifiting not correctly occasionally like no warm but those will dissipate like muscle soreness over few days. These pain from sitting seem will last as long i still stuck in this office job

Try to lie down on stomach and face in pillow. Get instant relief and reset the spine.

Lumbar support

Maintain better posture and back support with lumbar cushions. Designed with supportive foam and adjustable straps, it easily secures to your chair or sits snugly behind your back. Whether you're working or unwinding, enjoy lasting comfort throughout the day.

Can also consider wearable lumbar support, available in pharmacy.
