Slowly progressing to chronic stage..
Chronic back pain is defined as pain that lasts for more than 12 weeks, often resulting from various injuries or conditions, such as arthritis or herniated disks. It can significantly impact daily activities and may require a combination of treatments, including physical therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes for relief.

Several factors can contribute to chronic back pain, including:
Muscle Deconditioning: Weak back muscles may fail to support the spine properly.
Improper Posture: Poor body mechanics during daily activities can strain the spine.
Degenerative Conditions: Conditions like arthritis or herniated disks can lead to chronic pain.
Injuries: Past injuries may result in ongoing discomfort.

set alarm repeatedly like 45 min or and hour and do simple stretches... or just walk to toilet/pantry and return should do the trick...
