It made thinking - this queue setup is very wrong

There r people who will prefer their own race when they go to see doctor. Their reasoning? Easier to communicate. While it may be a valid reason for some who only understand their mother tongue, some just does not make sense.

Take my old man for example. He insisting that he want a Chinese doctor and said Chinese is easier for him to communicate. But the problem is... I will be the one that bring him to see the doctor so technically language is never an issue. I ignored his request and get him to see a malay doctor. He merajuk after I made the appointment for him but guess what? He told me he like the doctor after coming out for her clinic.
