Could have been even worse. Back when online fund transfer first launched, you are expected to pay RM2.00 per transfer, which of course was not very successful. Even now, with duitnow, there is a clause that it charges RM0.50 per transfer, which is currently exempted for low value transfer. Exempt for now, who knows when one day it will make a comeback?
