"Geng DT" refers to a specific group of three local Malaysian criminals involved in numerous robberies and break-ins in the Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, and Selangor areas, who were recently shot dead by police in a self-defence incident.

The incident occurred in late November 2025, when police attempted to arrest the individuals in a palm oil plantation in Durian Tunggal, Melaka.

Modus Operandi: The gang, active since 2024, operated on foot while armed with machetes and iron bars to avoid detection, and were known for their willingness to use violence.

Crimes and Losses: They were linked to approximately 20 cases of robbery targeting houses, factories, and restaurants, with estimated total losses reaching around RM1.3 million.

Fatal Encounter: During the police operation, one suspect attacked a police officer with a machete, causing severe injuries to the officer's left hand. The police, having no other options, fired shots in self-defence, killing all three suspects at the scene.
Aftermath: A team of lawyers has called for an independent commission to investigate the incident further.

It is not for police to judge whether they are guilty and summary execute
It is murder in cold blood

Self defense under attack is different story. In this case, obviously the last victim is pleading for life instead of attacking police.
