".........the deceased (Syed Muhammad Danial) rushing toward his car while holding a baseball bat, prompting him to shift gear from reverse to drive before hitting the victim."

bet the judge would've PROBABLY done the same as the accused, if same situation were to happen

hearsay......who's to know

anyone could've stepped on the gas in panic manatau
preggy wife was in car as well at the time

Hitting him is one thing. But he still refused to release the stuck victim even wen other drivers told him to do so. That is murderous intent oredi.

can throw the same potato back by saying charging with a baseball bat is murderous intent oredi

Yew was still protected by his vehicle. And his rash act did end up actually killing the victim.

who knows what the victim would've done with that bat
IF VICTIM HAD STAYED IN HIS CAR DURING THE WHOLE INCIDENT, HE'D BE PROTECTED
his rash act of coming out with a bat actually ended up him dying

the story can swing both ways

Courts don deal with "what ifs", oni what really happened. The C type driver clearly acted rashly & killed the M type victim.

fooyoh...
pull out the court card
like as though there's a steadfast clear rule on what's right n wrong within courts here - charges can get dropped like nobody's business - let's not go there cos that's a place no one wants to be - or even have a decent convo about - pointless

back on track....
talking bout these two drivers and the actions with consequences

the victim acted rashly with his baseball bat & driver did his best to protected himself (n family)

U know the case where a home owner went after a robber after he left & murdered him? He was charged & sentenced with intent to murder.

The driver acted rashly beyond a necessary level to stop a threat. And he had a chance to let go the already severely injured victim, but rather let him die.

Your arguments cannot fly in the face of the courts - what the driver did is no more an act of self defence, but pure malice.

ok la.....no point dilly dallying over something of the past
court system here is........
well nothing too much in upholding any truth for the matter

tu la
the type usually aggressive la MMA champion some more carry a bat in car
now sendiri cari pasal and did not expect C will retaliate

ended up mati

the guy was rage no doubt, but with pregnant wife in the car, I will also do the same
Those MMA wanna be always rage like monkey whenever accident happen, tumbuk dulu, lari kemudian.

Well not this case
Also congrats to him able to release in 2027

tbh....think i would've too

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

many that condemn C in actuality.....in the situation, with the panic of someone charging at you WITH A WEAPON
would've PROBABLY done the same
if it was a gun how? ok to bang? ot wait like a sitting duck? amacam

one never knows until it happens to oneself (along with loved ones)
