A check on Google Maps finds these restaurants:

Most of it have Chinese words on the signboards. Not even English or Malay words.. I wonder how MBPJ can approve it

The bosses are China Muslims.
Most of the workers are Malays or Muslims from other countries.
Maybe got one or two local type C as translators.

last year I went there i was shoked too, I have not been to petaling street for almost 10 years

As someone who tried (braised beef la mian), yeah its good.

Don't be surprised if they aren't. Like that halal airline that closed down.....is not owned by Muslims.

Near Imbi area also got a few of these CCP restaurant. The people working there all CCP no speak any other language type. I just use sign language and point at menu to order. Food not really that good and pricey. Will not go again.

Then hor, there was this shop sell very good kai fan with gooding char siew and siew yuk. Price is a bit high compared to the nearby koptiams but this shop got aircond and portions are big, then suddenly one day no more bak, only got chicken and all their menu no bak also. Dunno what happen, but the whole thing very fishy coz this shop also owned and run by CCP people one.

The third shop in the picture is a local Chinese restaurant. The first and second are run by China Muslims.

Long time ago I went to Shandong, China. A Hui Muslim restaurant there did serve beer. Though the owner told me he personally didn't consume alcoholic drinks.

Frankly I’ll only eat this type of lamian on a cold winter day. Taiwanese beef noodle is way way much better. Just walk a few more steps near that area for our local famous beef noodles.

Coz malay takde mee tarik. Meat bun etc. so for them no issues dijajah.

If these China Muslim start selling nasi lemak. Then they baru chala head calar

I only know got one steamboat restaurant is halal. And i always see got groups of Malay girls eating there. Ok la, SS2 always full of Chinese, now can see more Malay due to this restaurant.
