If the battery’s SoH falls BELOW 70%, you can opt for a new battery from Perodua. However, you have to sign up for a new 9-year contract.
If the battery’s SoH is still ABOVE 70%, you can continue using it, and there is no need for you to pay a monthly fee for the battery anymore.

Let say the battery is now 8.5 years old and dropped to 65%. I go claim one new battery and I have to renew another 9 years contract?
So no matter what or when, the moment you claim a new battery, the contract resets back to 9 years?
If yes then what's the point? It's not like warranty anymore, cause still need to continue paying for the battery
