I paid 139/month for 500mb connection

Sounds great except I need to pay 30 more for unifi tv i didn't ask for

So the total would be 169 excluding tax

I asked them what the fuck is unifi tv ruby package

they said it came with StayWithUnifi

So I sucked it up till contract end (felt cheated)

My contract ended and I tried to lower speed so I can pay less

But the website and app only provided the option to increase speed to 1gb connection

So i called 100 and tried to speak to customer service

Went through many layers and never once got chance to talk with them

Goodbye unifi

Other telco are cheaper

and no bullshit compulsory "value added service" which is designed to suck money outta your pocket

You can save alot by downgrading to 100 Mbps sans the TV plan and paying 70 bucks a month. But have to sub to their mobile prepaid line at 49 bucks for 6 months.

Okay if you want long term savings.

i paid RM89 (exc sst). 100mbps. Unifi. Contract ended.

tried emailing / TM Point / Unifi Fb etc. No result.

i request termination to Unifi. Then only got phone call. Agreed to

RM89 500mbps + Disney channel (one year).

since you mentioned you have terminated......the SWU (stay with unifi) team will call you shortly. cool2.gif

been paying rm136 for 300mbps + TV pack
almost every week will have outage that would last randomly from half an hour to entire day. call support as usual, make report, but no permanent fix.
cibai
even if i want to change ISP, all other telco also use TM HSBB anyway for my landed area, so what's the point
