Hogging is one thing. On the highway, it is always ikut kiri kecuali memotong.

You can drive at 30 km/h on the OVERTAKING lane, as long as you are overtaking someone slower than that.

Speeding is an entirely different thing. The speed limit is an absolute. You cross that limit, you are already in the wrong. Acting high and mighty, posting videos, flashing his lights like his hand has a cramp, just shows how ignorant the guy is.

It wont be a problem if everybody followed the speed limit. There is no need to overtake if everyone move at the same speed, no?

If you're speeding and somebody is already on your lane, just overtake on their left. You're already breaking the law and driving dangerously by speeding. Breaking another one shouldn't be a concern.
