Albert is just taking a risk. If PN wins the next ge, he’ll probably turn into a prosecution witness, just like Datuk Zarul Ahmad. PN stands a stronger chance now especially if the Chinese votes swing their way. At least Muh didn’t try to control the judiciary, he was just playing around with the DNAA. Unlike ai, who’s making appointments not based on experience or seniority !

You need to understand that playing with the DNAA means simply choosing not to prosecute. But when you try to control things by appointing your own macai, not based on experience or seniority, it can seriously affect justice !

choosing not to prosecute means ada udang disebalik batu. and can say political influence on the prosecution side too. why not let court process decide instead of dnaa?

also you didn't answer my question 1 regarding Albert

and could you say how his jac appointment affect justice? it is just 1 out of 9 in jac that is under direct PM prerogative.

AI: Short answer: **no, he wasn’t picked based on seniority.**

Wan Ahmad Farid was a *Court of Appeal* judge and relatively junior in the hierarchy when he was appointed Chief Justice in July 2025. Reports note that he ranked far lower than others in terms of seniority, and was elevated over more senior Federal Court judges and other Court of Appeal judges.

Constitutional experts and news coverage also explicitly said that **seniority is not a requirement** for the CJ post and that his appointment is an example of that — the system allows “leap-frogging” where a less senior judge can be promoted straight to CJ.

So if your question is literally:

> Is the current Malaysian CJ there *because of* seniority?

Then: **No — his appointment clearly went against the usual seniority expectation.**

I wonder if he so rich, why not to be like Jholo. Anyway, he is not an honest businessman, always using dirty trick and back door.

G. Gnanaraja
Datuk Seri G. Gnanaraja is a Malaysian businessman and the key prosecution witness in Lim Guan Eng's ongoing corruption trial.
Allegations: Gnanaraja has testified in court that he acted as a "middleman," setting up a company and a bank account at Lim's alleged request to facilitate bribe payments related to the RM6.3 billion project. He claims to have personally handed Lim RM2 million in cash.

Albert is actually similar to this guy, but he’s much more daring maybe because he has his atuk’s support.
