Sabah PAS chief Aliakbar Gulasan is on course to win in Karambunai, where he is contesting his first election campaign. QUOTE PETALING JAYA: PAS achieved a historic breakthrough in Sabah today by winning its first elected seat in East Malaysia, according to unofficial vote counts.

Aliakbar already made history in 2020 when he became the first PAS member of the Sabah state assembly, when he was nominated as an assemblyman by the state government. not really. this guy got vote even from the non malays. the sabahan dont look at race the way peninsular does. they mix around and for them as long the person got merit then they like him. not like in peninsular which i find racism is going crazy. if those bn bangsat dont stop it then it will just continue to flame. sometimes i dont understand how some minions can hate just for the sake of hate.

Somehow this Karambunai constituency like the karma makan tuan from project IC.
Wikipedia written pemilih (2025) = 18,352 pax
From google maps, the resident house located sparely which it seem actual residency may not more than few thousands. Look like gerrymandering no longer work in Umnggok ways. Technically its not PuAS direct win. It is morelikely free for all constituency depends on surrounding local sentiment.
