but ppl are funny. one of my coworkers when first come in have technician mentality like, if dont tell them what to do he'll just do what's needed to do only, then after finish just sit and play phone. because any problem he dont have to directly answer to.
but 2 years later he basically have to become one of the lead in one of the project, now mindset different already. because any fuckups he will have to answer for it, so he go and find potential problems and try to solve them without having to tell him anymore. and also if finish work faster can go home faster also lol.

but if copy paste files to NAS also cannot then can only show once.
but fail again then just scold him say "take notes la dey!"
