Open clinic doesn't mean he has to be there 24/7.
Can hire doctors and later open a chain of clinics.

fun fact, opening clinic no need to have medical degree. just need to hire doctors to work for you.

some hospitals and medical center big boss is not a doctor.

Back in the 90s, it cost probably GBP 3k - 4k for international student uni fee

It's possible for parents to sell off house or get personal loan to study in UK. While there student can take up part time work. It'll pay decent hourly wage that can help support their living expenses. It's doable
*
not worth it. after finish study it's a huge debt.

Burden self, or burden family, unless father or mother is a successful business owner, money not problem.

I would rather just study at local public uni, any low ranking one also can but the fees is so small can ptptn. Can continue study until Master PhD the debt is so low and much more manageable.

Cert can pakai in malaysia too. Even graduate from overseas still get the same salary as local low ranking uni graduate. It's too unwise to go overseas if you're not from T20 family

But i can tell you most engineering students probably didn't even learn how to use screwdriver during their 4 year degree.

Their 4 year degree is mostly learning add maths and physics.

Once come out, don't even know how to fix bulb and car. Almost 0 practical skill.

Because practical skill only teach in engineering diploma or kolej vocational

Bachelor's degree and above is all basically scientists

That one is private uni

Public uni usually 25 - 26 if stpm, plus if they didn't get the mbbs during first UPU application, need appeal
