The case u posted the money lender didnt do shit like that. That's why the lending is considered "legal" hence the borrower need to at least pay back the principle.

wasnt got judgement by federal court that if the loans taken is from ah long which is unsecured loan not proper company that have lending license (bank or approved by BNM) it is consider void ?
