LKY is not fond of China, he is neutral and endorse a 2 major superpower to co-exist and live together. In fact China economic reform at year 1978 benefit Singapore, China no longer spread communism ideology to SEA after he met Deng Xiao Peng. LKY also don't like how US fiddle Singapore politic by infiltration of CIA agent until he has to shame US in front of global media.

What he foresee until now is quite accurate, he predict the rise of China will make US uncomfortable since they have been big brother since WW2 time.
