the most important in life is
making yourself happy first (be own priority) before anyone
I'm not saying be a completely selfish non compassionate being
but don't succumb to your parent/superior/peer pressure
just because they point something to you
doesn't mean you have to follow their bullshit

heart disease common today .... ITS the food you eat like wheat noodles, bread , highly processed foods,seed oils and lack of exercise nod.gif etc..

feet cannot move ... lack of exercise for sure .
when you feel your legs/ feet gettin weak you need to start take Action .
the legs are the FIRST sign s of aging .

I have seen people who drink , smoke occasionally have no problem .

you need to analyze what foods safe to take , exercise the feet , Still can recover i think nod.gif
