 Who is under depression and on medication?

wanna ask, why person with depression always cant sleep at night and only able to sleep only at day time? and songsang with normal people?

why???

Me 2 years ago.

Keep on woke up at 3 4 am
And cannot sleep for 2-3 hours.

One night easily wake up 2 3 times

Mind rushing around.

So I took magnesium + ashwagandha. Ashwagandha really calm mind down.

But there's withdrawal effect... Will have rage and depression on the cycle off week.

Now I take 3 weeks on. And 1 week off to cycle

Many many years ago I was on meds.. the meds doesn’t feel good at all honestly..

One fine morning I just went out for a bicycle ride.
Since that day, I run/ cycle/ exercise almost everyday.. stopped meds

So I still feel depressed? Sometimes, like everything is unfair to me. But at least now I can sleep nicely due to the exercises.

Re-regulate your sleep bro.. Took sip Teh Kekwa (camomile tea) at 10pm, by 11pm you sleep already.

Other option is took flu pill (pil kuning) from KKM it will make you sleepy too

not sure for depression but for people who had anxiety disorder, their brain activity is high,so hard to sleep la.

Most recently cannot sleep for more.hours. being in hospital for 2 weeks trashed my sleep schedule because they come take blood and blood pressure every 2 hours throughout the day. Still cannot adjust a month later. Will wake up automatically at 12- 2-3 or 5 am. Damn stressed...

You will be better off that you take melatonin 1 month. See how it goes from there.

Without the CORRECT chemicals, you ain't gonna trigger deep sleep and get ALL muscles + organs RELAXED while sleeping..

I asked this question as I hired a worker recently but he has this issue.

He can't sleep at night until early morning but need to wake up at 8-9am to prepare for work.

he was not performed well due to no energy and I asked him go back
