Did ur mechanic go down the undercarriage and check in detail?
I went a few shops and all of them say the suspension sound is so loud, front suspension is all out and need to change, but non of them bother to have a look nor checking the rear auspension.
I managed to diagnose this myself and change all by myself in the end. Now most of the annoying noise have gone and the remaining noise is due to the worn steering rack bush.
The sound at undercarriage can come from anywhere. U need to perform proper inspection and testing before come to the diagnosis.

To share another experience with you ts, the sound could also be coming from your wiper cowl. Where the rubberstrip has hardened. So when your chassis flexes, it might make some rubbing noise.

Another experience is that, it was actually the engine mounting making noises when going over humps. No mechanics can check it out until it gotten serious.

deswai, if you dun have a good and trustable mechanics, dun bother with second had car. or should i say, just live with those "minor" noise issue.

official service center all also hit and miss, all also depend on the mechanics, sometime u get this mechanics, sometimes you get another one. you never know.

for TS.. just get the SAGA MC3 that officially launch today la.. got small change to keep after sell his car. since TS is free to go service center on and off. can just go regular go visit proton service center for 5 years.
