Maxis missed call notification is a mess

Hey @maxis need your immediate attention to fix this.
I m literally losing my customers cause your system is masking the missed call numbers. They asked why i can't retrieve my missed call records. I can't help but telling them I am using maxis Don't your IT department feel weired when implementing this?  |

Got it alreadyI did a complaint before, and was told it is MCMC's requirement to not have phone numbers in SMS, but strangely missed call notification can show the full number if voicemail is enable.
